Privacy and AI
This page explains where Cyber Consulting uses artificial intelligence in processing that involves personal data and which safeguards apply in each case. The rule that holds for all of them: identifiable personal data does not go to the model, and no reply to a data subject goes out without human review.

01This website
This website does not use artificial intelligence to process visitors’ data. There is no virtual assistant, no profiling and no automated decision making.
02Data subject rights channel
To help draft the reply, the text of the request may be analyzed by an artificial intelligence tool, after the name, email, ID document and other recognizable identifiers have been removed.
No reply is sent without review and approval by a person. The decision on the request is always made by a human.

The Galáxia systems use a generative AI model, Claude, by Anthropic, to produce suggestions, classifications and supporting text based on the context the company enters into the platform. Before anything is sent, the content goes through three layers of protection:
- Structured fields that indicate personal data or a technical identifier are removed automatically.
- In free text, email addresses, CPFs, CNPJs and phone numbers are detected and replaced with placeholders.
- The model is instructed not to return internal identifiers or personal data.
Data sent through the API is not used to train Anthropic’s models, and every call generates an audit record with a cryptographic hash of what was sent. The company can turn off the AI features entirely. The full document is on the Galáxia website.

AI processing takes place in the United States, on the provider’s infrastructure. The transfer is based on specific contractual clauses (art. 33, II, of the LGPD), together with the minimization measures described above.

You can request a review of decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing that affect your interests, in addition to the other rights granted by the LGPD.
