About Us
Consulting, education and our own technology, led by people who work every day as CISO, DPO, auditor and teacher. What we teach is what we apply in our projects, and what we learn in our projects flows back into the courses and into Galáxia.
Founded in May 2018, Cyber Consulting started out as an Information Security consulting and training company. In 2019, a new line of business was added to meet Brazil’s growing demand for Data Privacy. Many projects, training programs and consulting engagements in Security and Privacy followed, consolidating the company and giving it the maturity to expand into AI Governance.
To give the education line its own spotlight, the Cyber Cultura brand was born in 2024: courses for EXIN certifications, our own courses, professional mentoring, talks and awareness programs for companies, all focused on Information Security, Data Privacy, AI Governance and Corporate Governance.
In 2026, the experience gathered across our projects became our own technology: Galáxia, a GRC platform with eight integrated systems for Security, Privacy and AI.

Holds a Master’s in Computer Engineering and an MBA in IT Management, with specializations in Digital Law, Communication Networks and Business Computing, and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering. He holds the international certifications Data Protection Officer, Information Security Officer and AI Compliance Officer. He works as a CISO, DPO and governance consultant for Information Security, Data Privacy and Artificial Intelligence, and has led Information Security and Privacy at companies in Telecommunications, Retail, Insurance, Manufacturing, Research, Sports Betting, and Transportation and Logistics. At Cyber Consulting, he is responsible for developing and running the Consulting, Education & Culture and Systems offerings. He is the author of 6 books on Technology and Information Security.
Lawyer, digital law and data protection
A lawyer with degrees in Information Security technology and in Languages and Literature, he works where Law and Technology meet, understanding the operation behind the rule and not just the legal text. He handles legal and contractual due diligence, data protection, contracts and regulatory compliance in sectors such as iGaming, the digital market and Medical Law. He has international experience in Europe focused on the GDPR and is a member of the Special Commission on Digital Law of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP). He turns regulatory requirements into decisions the business can carry out.
Psychologist, strategic support for consulting and mentoring
A psychologist, accountant and entrepreneur with degrees in Psychology and Accounting and a specialization in Work Psychology (HR and Psychosocial Risks). She helps people and companies build healthier routines, improve relationships and performance at work and organize their everyday finances, combining a human perspective with management practice. She is the author of e-books and creates courses and content on human development and mental health. At Cyber Consulting, she provides strategic and operational support to the consulting engagements and leads the behavioral assessments and guidance in the professional mentoring programs.
Applied artificial intelligence specialist
A technologist in Network and Internet Management, he specializes in applied Artificial Intelligence, process automation and IT infrastructure. He has solid experience in the architecture and administration of servers, networks, cloud environments and containerization, supporting critical operations with a focus on security, availability and performance. He builds intelligent process automation solutions for mid-sized and large companies, applying AI to streamline operational routines.
