Artificial Intelligence Compliance Officer

The journey starts with two foundations: ISFS, on information security based on ISO/IEC 27001, and PDPF, on privacy and data protection. Together they provide the security, risk and privacy principles that data-driven, AI-powered environments need.

The final step is AI Compliance Professional, which takes these foundations into the realities of AI governance: assessing systems for transparency, bias and regulatory risk, aligning the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.

Holds the AISP, AICP, ISMP, ISFS, PDPE, PDPF and PDPP certifications. Master’s in Computer Engineering, MBA in IT Management, specialist in Digital Law and Compliance, Corporate Networks and Business Computing, and Telecommunications engineer. More than 30 years of experience as a teacher and security and technology professional; works as CISO, DPO and CAIO as a Service, and as a GRC consultant for Information Security, Data Privacy and AI.
