LGPD Compliance Practices

The LGPD (General Data Protection Law) Compliance Practices course was designed to enable professionals and organizations to understand and comply with the requirements established by personal data protection legislation. LGPD is a Brazilian law that regulates the way personal information is collected, stored, processed and shared by public and private organizations.
In this course, students will understand the LGPD requirements and how to apply them correctly, helping organizations remain compliant with data protection legislation. By learning about data protection and information security best practices, organizations can reduce the risk of data breaches and the legal, financial and reputational consequences associated with these incidents.
The student will understand, through practical examples, how to map out processes that use Personal Data, identify adaptation needs, develop an Action Plan and implement adjustments.
You will learn how to implement robust data governance practices, including designating clear responsibilities, policies and procedures for the processing of personal data.

ertified in ISMP, ISFS, PDPE, PDPF and PDPP by Exin and has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA in IT Management, Specialist in Digital Law and Compliance, Corporate Networks, Business IT and Telecommunications Engineer.
